Erica has been involved in fitness from a young age and her passion for teaching and training comes from her background in gymnastics and dance.

Erica has worked in the fitness industry for over a year now and was previously a gymnastics coach, working with a variety of age groups and abilities to improve their strength and flexibility.

Erica has a high level of knowledge about stretching, balance and mobility and is passionate about helping people improve and reach their full potential.
