Class Descriptions

Group exercise is a major focus of ours, so across our 3 exercise studios, we offer 90+ carefully choreographed, energetic classes. Click on the link below to view our full class timetable.

Class Descriptions 

4FIT All over body 4-stationed circuit based class. This class uses a mixture of power plates, steppers, kettlebells, SkiERGs and assult bikes. 
Absolute Abs A 30 minute class which focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. 
Aqua Suitable for everyone including non-swimmers and pre/post-natal women with water creating a natural resistance to support the joints for minimal impact on the body.
Beginners Hatha Yoga  Perfect for anyone new to Yoga that is looking for a slower paced class to introduce you to the postures, breathing and relaxation techniques of Hatha Yoga.
Beginners Pilates  A slower paced class to allow you to learn the movements of Pilates to help build postural awareness and core strength. 
BODYCOMBAT TM  This high-energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYPUMPTM

 

This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This class will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class starting to allow for setting up.
BoxFit  Our boxing classes are incredibly motivational and great for burning fat, building strength and setting your fitness ability to a completely new level. Learn how to train with focus and discipline whilst learning a new skill to take away with you after each class. 
BoxStrong  Get ready to sweat! Combining boxing fundamentals, Plyometrics, resistance training and interval training this class will boost your heart rate, increase lean muscle and burn hundreds of calories!
Core N' More  Abs-based circuit class with a range of cardio and weight exercises designed to help you conquer your core! 
Dance Mix Dance Mix is a fun and entertaining full body aerobic workout created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke.
Energy Spin 45 minute cycle class taking you through 5 Energy Zones - recovery, endurance,, strength, interval and race day. This class will increase your aerobic capacity and improve your metabolism.
Gym Circuits This class maximises weight loss and muscle toning potential to the extreme! It is the perfect combination of cardio and resistance training!
Hatha Yoga This practice focuses on technique, posture, breathing methods and relaxation techniques to promote physical and mental wellbeing. A great class for all fitness levels.
HIIT HIIT stands for "High-intensity Interval Training" and is an interval-based class that combines full-body strength training and high intensity cardio bursts to tone your body and improve your endurance. An excellent class gain results in a short amount of time.
Kettlebell Circuit This class is suitable for all fitness levels. You will be working on varied functional movements, learning new techniques with kettlebells that will strengthen and tone your body. 
LBT One of the favourites! Our Legs, Bums and Tums classes are low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. We use a variety of different equipment and body weight exercises to target those stubborn areas of the lower body. 
Low Impact Aerobics This is a vitality workout to music, designed to lift your spirits and exercise your body without impacting on your joints. Suitable for anyone who is recovering from injury, trying to get back to fitness or looking to lose weight. 
Mindful Yoga This class unifies body and mind with breath work and meditation. It involves doing stretches and movements, slowly, deliberately and consciously, whilst maintaining awareness to develop strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all levels of ability.
Pilates  Our Pilates classes concentrate on postural awareness and core strength. The exercises will help you to improve your stability, mobility and flexibility. Regular practice will develop a balance, strong body.  
Power Down Perhaps you are focused on toning up your legs? Are you looking for a short yet fun class that will help you achieve those results? Power Down is a superb 30 minute power plate class focusing on training your lower body. There isn't a muscle that will be left untouched! The Power Plates are vibration platforms that allow you to use more of your smaller stabilising muscles therefore giving you a great intense workout feeling. The class is tailored for all levels of fitness as the trainer caters for all individual needs. Let's book and get started! 
Power Plate This unique method of training provides twice the workout in half the time! Benefits include weight loss, increased muscle definition, reduction of cellulite and enhanced metabolism. Check out our Power Plate LBT classes too which focuses on legs, bums and tums to really hone in on those stubborn areas. 
Power Plate Circuits This high intensity workout combines Acceleration Training™ exercise and weight training to help build muscle strength, stamina and power. It incorporates dynamic exercises both on and off the machine to target the upper and lower body, as well as the core.
Power Up Is your goal to tone up your upper body or even strengthen your core muscles? Power Up is a fantastic 30 minutes Power Plate exercise focusing on training your upper body including your arms and abdominal muscles. All muscles will be hit from different angles. The Power Plates are vibration platforms that allow you to use more of your smaller stabilising muscles therefore giving you a great intense workout feeling. Individuals of all levels of fitness will benefit from this class. There's limited spaces, book yourself a spot to get started.
Rasa Yoga This class invites the participants to journey into the essence of Asanas (Pose) and Pranayama (Breath). It is a journey into forms and dynamic of sequences leading towards a creative experience. 
RIGFIT All over body workout combining cardio, bodyweight and resistance equipment to burn fat, build lean muscle and get fitter. As the name suggests, this class is based around our functional rig and all of the equipment that comes with it to maximise results, have fun and hit your goals, all in just 30 minutes! 
Spin & Core/ Spin & Gym  We have combined indoor cycling and gym strengthening circuit exercises to give a motivational workout which includes lots of variety. In our Spin & Core classes we have combined dynamic training that hones in on your abdominals to really focus on core strength and toning. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels!
Stretch and Tone  Looking for better strength and flexibility? This class uses yoga, tai chi and Pilates movements to tone your tum, legs and arms, work your muscles to help you move better, bend more easily and reach higher.
Studio Cycling A motivational workout on a bike! Our qualified cycling instructors will lead you through a journey designed to provide a fun, yet challenging workout. Class intensities vary but you can change your bike resistance to suit your fitness level.
Total Body Conditioning Total Body Conditioning is a whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness, which also makes it one of our most versatile classes. These classes are perfect if you're training hard for a particular sport or if you simply want to get in shape and feel great about your body. 
Women's Boxfit A women only class based around boxing, fitness drill and pad workouts. This class improves both fitness and coordination. No partner required! 
Women on Weights  A brilliant, social class where support is key to learning the correct technique for weight bearing exercises and really getting up a sweat to help burn those calories and shape up the body!
Vinyasa Yoga This is a flow Yoga in which movement is synchronised to the breath, the poses run together and the breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.  
Virtual RPM

This cycling workout delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. Your  virtual instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed to help build your fitness levels over time. We recommend you attend an instructor led class before attending a virtual class so you know the correct bike set up and technique. Please arrive 5 minutes early for the class to ensure you can participate safely.

YogaPilates A variety of Yoga and Pilates moves are used to challenge and improve muscular strength, core stability, endurance and flexibility, leaving you felling worked, stretched and more stable and relaxed.

ZumbaR

 

Zumba is an adult dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and all levels of ability.
