Class Descriptions

Group exercise is a major focus of ours, so across our 3 exercise studios, we offer 65+ carefully choreographed, energetic classes. Click on the link below to view our full class timetable.

Class Descriptions 

 4Fit  A circuit style class utilising 4 pieces of equipment. Our instructors will challenge you on a variety of different equipment ranging from our Ski Ergs to kettlebells, Tornado Bikes and more! You will learn how many exercises you can really do usig a few pieces of kit and experience a high intensity full body workout at the same time.
Aqua Suitable for everyone including non-swimmers and pre/post-natal women with water creating a natural resistance to support the joints for minimal impact on the body.
Beginners Hatha Yoga  Perfect for anyone new to Yoga that is looking for a slower paced class to introduce you to the postures, breathing and relaxation techniques of Hatha Yoga.
BODYCOMBAT TM  This high-energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.



This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This class will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class starting to allow for setting up.
Core N' More  Time to activate the abs using a variety of cardio and weighted exercises which not only target your core, but will aim to strengthen up the abdominals.
Dance Mix

Dance Mix is a fun and entertaining full body aerobic workout, incorporating different styles and genres of dance. Suitable for all ages, fitness and ability.

 Functional Fitness  Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements by mimicking everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscles groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient both in and out the gym. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine.
Gym Circuits No better way of training " Old School" with our gym-floor based circuits class. Working against the clock, you will increase your heart rate to another level using bodweight and weighted exercises. Make sure to make the most of your rest periods!
Hatha Yoga This practice focuses on technique, posture, breathing methods and relaxation techniques to promote physical and mental wellbeing. A great class for all fitness levels.
HIIT HIIT stands for "High-intensity Interval Training" and is an interval-based class that combines full-body strength training and high intensity cardio bursts to tone your body and improve your endurance. An excellent class gain results in a short amount of time.
LBT One of the favourites! Our Legs, Bums and Tums classes are low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. We use a variety of different equipment and body weight exercises to target those stubborn areas of the lower body. 
 Lower Body Blitz  A 30-minute blast of lower portion of the body. A short but fun class that will target the legs. There is not a muscle that will be left untouched! The class is tailored for all fitness levels, so why not give it a go?
Low Impact Aerobics This is a vitality workout to music, designed to lift your spirits and exercise your body without impacting on your joints. Suitable for anyone who is recovering from injury, trying to get back to fitness or looking to lose weight. 
Mindful Yoga This class unifies body and mind with breath work and meditation. It involves doing stretches and movements, slowly, deliberately, and consciously, whilst maintaining awareness to develop strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all levels of ability.
Pilates  Our Pilates classes concentrate on postural awareness and core strength. The exercises will help you to improve your stability, mobility, and flexibility. Regular practice will develop a balance, strong body.  
Power Plates A 30-minute full body workout using our Power Plates. The Power Plates will amplify the benefits of smaller movements, without additional weights, making it ideal for everyone from beginners to elite athletes.
Pure Upper Body Working alongside your core muscle, the upper body will be targeted using a variety of compound and isolation based exercsies. Whether it is to tone or strengthen, your upper body will feel like it had been given a strenuous workout in only 30 minutes!
Spin & Gym  Combining the intensity of Spin with gym floor exercises. A 45-minute class is broken into two parts - the cardio element of Spin lasting 20 - 30 minutes followed by a 15 - 20 minute bout of sculpting based exercises which will target the abs or work on targeted areas of the body. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
Stretch and Tone  Looking for better strength and flexibility? This class uses yoga, tai chi and Pilates movements to tone your tum, legs and arms, work your muscles to help you move better, bend more easily and reach higher.
Studio Cycling A motivational workout on a bike! Our qualified cycling instructors will lead you through a journey designed to provide a fun, yet challenging workout. Class intensities vary but you can change your bike resistance to suit your fitness level.
Total Body Conditioning Total Body Conditioning is a whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness, which also makes it one of our most versatile classes. These classes are perfect if you're training hard for a particular sport or if you simply want to get in shape and feel great about your body. 
Women on Weights  A female only class aimed to work on lifting dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, plates...your name it! Every trainer will bring a different element to the class but you can be guaranteed that you will build up a sweat and those calories are getting burned!
Vinyasa Yoga This is a flow Yoga in which movement is synchronised to the breath, the poses run together and the breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.  
YogaPilates A variety of Yoga and Pilates moves are used to challenge and improve muscular strength, core stability, endurance and flexibility, leaving you felling worked, stretched and more stable and relaxed.



Zumba is an adult dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and all levels of ability.
