About Connor:

Connor's dedication and passion for personal training stems from his long standing participation in sports like rugby, football, cricket, cross country running and most recently mixed martial arts.

Connor has a deep understanding of the fundamentals of exercise and bases all his services in science, evidence-based research as well as his own first-hand experience.

Connor looks to help work to the specific needs ot each client, whether that be fat loss, injury prevention, athletic performance or even building muscle and does so with high enthusiasm and personability to help ensure only the highest service is provided.
