Harry has been a member at The River Bourne Club for a number of years and has gone on to complete his Level 3 Personal Training qualification. Harry is a young, very motivated individual who has previously raced BMX representing team GB. During his own fitness journey, he has managed to increase his body weight from 63kg to 80kg and now has a huge interest in Crossfit style training.


“It was a great session; I learned new exercises and skills and enjoyed the intensity that you trained me at. I felt the benefits of that all over workout afterwards and I would recommend a session, 30 minutes was a great way to get a really robust workout and challenge myself. Harry was informative, personable and pushed me enough to make the most of the session.”
