About Lisa

Lisa has been a member at River Bourne for a number of years and as an extremely dedicated gym goer herself for more than 15 years, with such a love and passion for it, it made perfect sense for her to complete her qualifications for Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. Lisa wants to help others reach their full potential and find the same joy for healthy living and fitness as she has. She is very driven to help others achieve their goals and make it as enjoyable for them as she finds it.
