About Michelle:

Michelle's expertise as a Personal Trainerstems from an early passion for exercise, including badminton, running & a recently found love of trekking.

Michelle has been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years and prides herself on acheiving the goals of her clients. She incorporates multiple training techniques into all her workouts - no two sessions will ever be the same.

Each session is based around her clients as individuals the objectives they wish to work to. "My clients trust me to get the results they want and make them happier, healthier people in the shortest timeframe".
