Michelle’s expertise as a Personal Trainer has come from an early passion for exercise ranging from county badminton, running, Tough Mudder and a new found love of trekking which has included the Great Wall of China.
Michelle has been a Personal Trainer for 15 years and prides herself on helping her clients to achieve their goals. Michelle incorporates a variety of training techniques into all workouts including Free Weights, Bosu, Fitball, Kettle Bells, Suspension Cables and Viprs. No two workouts will be the same with Michelle.
Fat burning techniques mixed with high intensity intervals ensure you use the optimum energy sources and reach your goals. Each session is based around you as an individual and the objectives you wish to work to.
