About Zoe:

Zoe competes in bodybuilding and amateur strongwoman competitions so knows exactly what it takes to stick to a plan and be consistent to acheive the end goal, be it aesthetic or strength. She is very aware how daunting it can be entering a gym and still feels this herself sometimes! It is her aim to not only help people to achieve their goals but to build their confidence in the gym environment too.

Zoe specialises in body building, strength training and fun functional fitness.
