JUNIOR BOOTCAMP FOR 12 - 15 YEARS
Junior Bootcamp is an all over body weight based class aimed at increasing strength and fitness using a wide variety of equipment. This is a fun but challenging class developed to educate our junior members on how to exercise safely, effectively and increase their self-confidence.
These classes run:
TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 4.15PM - 4.45PM
12 - 15 years
FREE to Junior Club Members (these sessions are included as part of our Junior Club Membership Package)
£3.50 to Pay As You Go Juniors
HOW TO BOOK:
If you would like to book your child into a Junior Bootcamp please call reception on 01932 560560 to book their place. Booking can be made up to 7 days in advance.
KIDS ACTIVITY CLASS RULES:
- Please ensure they are not wearing any loose jewellery
- Make sure they bring a bottle of water to the class
- Children should wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers to exercise in
Please note in order for Junior Bootcamp to go ahead we do require a minimum of two children to be pre-booked. We will endeavour to run these activities as advertised, however we reserve the right to cancel sessions at short notice; therefore we recommend that you book your child onto the activity in advance so that we can inform you of any changes.
A register of our bookings will be taken at the beginning of each session.
