S5-1 Perform feet first scull on the back for 15m
S5-2 Perform a feet first sculling action for 25 metres whilst horizontal on the back
S5-3 Tread water for 30 seconds
S5-4 Swim 50 metres backstroke (refer to the ASA expected stroke standards sheet)
S5-5 Swim 25 metres front crawl face in the water (refer to the ASA expected stroke standards sheet)
S5-6 Swim 15 metres breaststroke (refer to the ASA expected stroke standards sheet)
S5-7 Swim 15 metres butterfly (refer to the ASA expected stroke standards sheet)
S5-8 Perform a forward somersault, tucked, in the water
S5-9 Demonstrate an action for getting help
S5-10 Sink, push off on side from the wall, glide, kick and rotate into backstroke
S5-11 Sink, push off on side from the wall, glide, kick and rotate into front crawl
S5-12 Glide/kick front crawl, sink, push off on side from the wall, glide, kick and rotate into front crawl
