Reflexology is an ancient, non-invasive treatment, usually performed on the feet although it can also be given on the hands. The treatment works on the principle that there are energy zones within the body and by working on specific pressure points on the feet, any blockages in these zones will be released, allowing any ailments or issues to be relieved giving the body the ability to work at optimal level. Reiki is a system of energy healing originating from Japan. The word Reiki itself translates to 'universal life energy' and is based on the belief that life energy flows through all living things. When this
energy becomes disrupted or blocked it is believed that stress and disease will follow. Reiki practitioners use the universal life energy they have been attuned to, to promote natural healing.
