The Counselling House Surrey provides a safe space for you to talk and share your concerns, giving you the opportunity to explore and understand difficulties in your life and look at ways to overcome them.
A counsellor will listen to you in a confidential and respectful way, helping you to explore issues that you want to focus on and supporting you to work out for yourself what it is best to do.
I am Monica Oleksy, a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor (FdSc) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I use a combination of complementary therapeutic approaches, which enables me to tailor therapy to meet each individual needs. Counselling with me is confidential and professional, I offer a non-judgmental space for exploring difficulties and support you to make the changes you require to live a more fulfilling life.
I work with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, isolation, anger, loss. Bereavement, relationships, stress, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and abuse.
Please let me know the issue you would like to address to see if I can help!
I offer both short-term and long term counselling / psychotherapy.
In addition to my private practice, I work with adolescents in a secondary school in Surrey. I have worked as a play therapist in a primary school in London and as a youth counsellor at Richmond Upon-Thames FE college, and with adults at Age UK surrey.
My fee is £45.00 for 50 minutes session.
