Finishing college having no confidence I knew I needed to change something, I started my fitness journey weighing 65kg and in 10 months increased my bodyweight to 85kg (increasing my muscle mass by 14kg). After 3 years of training, I decided to move away from hypertrophy training and more into powerlifting, and in just 9 months i’ve increased my squat, bench and deadlift by a combined total of 170kgs.

As someone who has dedicated their nutrition, sleep, work and life over the past 4 years to the gym, I know what it takes to hit your goals. Whether that is weight management, building muscle, gaining strength or gaining confidence. Let me help you take that next step.
