About
I qualified as a fitness professional during lockdown, but my journey with movement, mental health, and personal growth began over 10 years ago. Since then, I’ve developed a deep love for strength training, yoga, cycling, and practices like ecstatic dance and SOMA breathwork.
My approach to coaching is holistic, fun, and full of energy. I believe fitness is about more than just reps and weights — it’s about building strength both mentally and physically, improving mobility, and nurturing a better quality of life.
Having lost 20kg and rebuilt my overall strength, I understand what it takes to grow through challenge. I bring empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others find what moves them, whether that’s through lifting, breathwork, or mindful movement. Let’s build confidence, resilience, and strength — together.
