About

Harry is a very motivated individual who is known for his dynamic and modern training techniques. He has previously raced BMX, representing Team GB, and during his own fitness journey, has increased his body weight by 17kg.

Harry’s main interest and area of expertise is now CrossFit and functional style training. He uses these modern training techniques with his clients to provide varied and fun workouts, all whilst adhering to his clients needs and goals and ensuring they fulfil their capabilities.
