Refomrer Terms & Conditions

All classes must be paid for prior to the start time of the class. Bookings cannot be made without payment, and all bookings must be made in advance. You will be able to book 72 hours in advance via the app, over the phone or at reception.

Classes, and class packs, can be purchased online or at The River Bourne Club reception.

Singular classes purchased must be used within 30 days of purchase date.

Packs of 5 and 10 classes must be used within 90 days of purchase date.

The 3 for £60 introductory offer must be used with 30 days of purchase date.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS

We do understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen last minute, however if you need to cancel a class, you must give 24hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full class cost, meaning the pre-paid class will be forfeited.

If you fail to attend your booked class, you will also be charged and forfeit your class.

If, for any reason, we need to cancel your class, your class will be added back to your account.

To cancel a class, you must cancel via the app or by calling reception.

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class starting to ensure you are set up on your bed and ready to start at the advertised class start time.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to the class, the instructor reserves the right to refuse entry to the class. As with cancellations, we understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, but we uphold this policy with your health and safety in mind and to not disrupt the experience of other class members. In this instance, you would lose your class credit.

PARKING

If you are a full member of The River Bourne Club, you will be able to park in the Chertsey Library Car Park by entering your registration number at the terminal for 3 hours for free.

If you are not a member of The River Boure Club, you will need to pay for your parking in this car park. Car park charges can be found online on Runnymede Borough Council’s website and payments can be made through RingGo or by card.

REFUNDS

If you are unable to continue with your Reformer classes due to medical reasons, a refund may be available for any remaining sessions. You will need to provide us with evidence (i.e. a letter from your doctor) explaining that you are unable to continue for medical reasons. This letter must also state a time frame that you are expected to be unable to participate for. Refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We will respect your personal choice and allow you to make your own decisions about what exercise you carry out. However, we ask you not to exercise beyond what you consider to be your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition that might interfere with you exercising safely, you should get advice from a relevant medical professional before you use our equipment and facilities and follow that guidance.

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the class begins.

We will take reasonable steps to make sure that our equipment and facilities are clean and safe for you to use and enjoy for the normal purpose they were intended for. Let us know immediately if our equipment or facilities are unsafe to use or if you feel ill when using our equipment or facilities.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

All participants are expected to treat the studio, its equipment, the instructor and other participants with care and respect. This includes following instructions from the instructor and not behaving in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful or abusive. This behaviour may result in termination of studio access.

TIMETABLE CHANGES

We reserve the right to make changes to our timetable, instructors and services without prior notice.

VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY

If you wish to take videos or photos, you must gain consent from the instructor prior to doing so.

Occasionally, we may take videos or photos for marketing purposes. You will be asked for your consent before being included in such content.
