The River Bourne Club's team of Personal Trainers boast a wealth of experience, knowledge and qualifications to deliver the ultimate Personal Training experience. They have a wide range of specialisations, including Nutrition and Weight Management, Sports Specific Training, Injury Rehabilitation, GP Referral/Special Populations and Behavioural and Lifestyle Modification.

Personal Training will introduce you to advanced training techniques and exercise programmes based on scientific research and theory and individualised for your requirements. Our Personal Trainers will support and motivate you every step of the way to your fitness ideal and personal achievement goal
