Would you like to be more active and independent?
Otago Strength and Balance classes offer a programme which helps you feel stronger and steadier; improves your balance and increases your mobility and confidence for everyday activities.
Classes are suitable if you can:
- Stand up from a chair independently
- Stand unsupported for up to 5 minutes
- Take part in a group exercise class
will run Wednesdays @ 11.45 - 12.45 and Fridays @ 11.15 - 12.15
Cost: £3.50/class or £24 for the 8 week programme, payable in advance.
