About

My passion for health and fitness started at a young age, being a youth county cricketer with Surrey, and playing football, tennis and basketball. With my degree in strength and conditioning, I understand that each individual is different, and a tailored approach is required to get the very best from performance both inside and outside of the gym.

Whilst I specialise in working with athletes and sports injury rehabilitation, my passion lies in helping people of all backgrounds move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence.

Whether you’re new to the gym, returning after time off, or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I offer a supportive, results-driven approach tailored to your individual goals. Training with me means building lasting strength, improving your overall wellbeing, and learning how to train smarter—not just harder.

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor

  • IUSCA Level 6 Accredited Strength and Conditioning Practitioner
  • BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning
