Along my own fitness journey I managed to lose 20kg and find a passion within the world of fitness, especially weight-lifting. I aim to help others fall in love with their fitness journey and get their desired results, whether that be fat loss, gaining muscle or just generally feeling healthier. I understand how daunting taking the first steps are and I want to help motivate people who want that support to feel comfortable & confident in the gym.
