Michelle’s expertise as a Personal Trainer stem from an early passion for exercise, including badminton, running & a recently found love of trekking.

Michelle has been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years and prides herself on achieving the goals of her clients.  She incorporates multiple training techniques into all her workouts – no two sessions will ever be the same.

Each session is based around her clients as individuals and their objectives they wish to work too. “My clients trust me to get the results they want and make them happier, healthier people in the shortest time fame.”
